Refund policy

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 7 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.

Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your current order, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.

All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, unraveling, or cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair, but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are only allowed to exchange within 7 days from original delivery, no refunds will be issued. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS THEY CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
